Participation and Entry
The number of competitors in each weight categories of all five different
competitions is unlimited. The entries can be sent by the national judo
federations, the regional judo associations or local judo clubs in the countries
with direct access to Baltic Sea: Denmark, Estonia, Finland,
Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia and Sweden.
Because the tournament is an Open Championships also other nations are
welcome especially those who are directly by the North Sea and thus linked to
Baltic Sea: Belgium, Faeroe Islands, France, Iceland, Ireland, the
Netherlands, Norway and United Kingdom.
The final entry with names, year of birth and weight categories
by using the Entry Form should be sent by 21st of May 2010.

Boys -50, -55, -60, -66, -73, -81, -90 and +90 kg
Girls -40, -44, -48, 52, -57, -63, -70 and +70 kg
Juniors U20 on Saturday 29th of May 2010 at 14-19
Boys -55, -60, -66, -73, -81, -90, -100 and +100 kg
Girls -44, -48, -52, -57, -63, -70, -78 and +78 kg
Special Needs Judo on Saturday 29th of May 2010 at 12-19

Competition rules - According to IJF rules applied by the organizers. EJU Special
Needs Judo rules and proposal of the EJUSN Committee.
- Every competitor must have an international insurance for injures. No
insurance is provided by the organizers.
- Duration of each match will be 5 minutes for Men and Women, and 4
minutes for Cadets and Juniors and 3 minutes for Veterans and Special
Needs Judo.
- Matches will be on 4-5 mats depending on the total amount of competitors.
- Double repechage, pool (3-5 competitors) or double pool (6-7 competitors).
- Blue and White judogis required. No EJU back numbers needed.
Referees Every participating national judo federation is allowed to bring referees with
at least national A-licence.
Accreditations and Draws
The main accreditation for all competitors of all competition categories will
be at the Hotel Cumulus Airport on Friday 28th of May 2010 at 14-20.
The extra accreditation for Sunday competition will be at Hotel Cumulus
Airport on Saturday 29th of May 2010 at 18-20.
The draw for Saturday competitions will be on Friday 28th of May at
21.00 at the Hotel Cumulus Airport.
The draw for Sunday competitions will be on Saturday 29th of May 2010
at 21.00 at Hotel Cumulus Airport.

Entry fee 60 euros for all competitors in all categories.
Accommodation fee
90 euros per night in single rooms, 60 euros per person/night in double rooms
and 50 euros per person/night in triple rooms. The accommodation will be at
Hotel Cumulus Airport/Ramada (Robert Huberin tie 4, 01510 Vantaa)
and the organizers will take care of all hotel bookings. No direct bookings to
the hotels will be accepted!
Entries and accommodation requests with room lists should be sent by
21st of May 2010 by using the Entry Form. There will be no transportation
for those living outside the competition hotel.
Optional dinner There will be a special optional Buffet dinner available only for the judo teams
at the restaurant of Hotel Cumulus Airport on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at
18-21 for the price of 15 € per person per meal. All the teams should make a
confirmed booking in advance and pay the meal tickets either by bank transfer

or in cash at the accreditation. Cancellations and late bookings are not
allowed.

The both fees can also be paid in cash at the registrations.
Transportation The organizers will arrange local transportation for those who are living at
Hotel Cumulus Airport from Helsinki harbours and Tikkurila railway station
to the hotel and vv. There is FREEBUS shuttle transportation between
Helsinki-Vantaa Airport and Hotel Cumulus Airport. There will be shuttle bus
transportation between the hotel and Energia Areena on Friday (to optional
training), Saturday and Sunday (to the competitions).
